Last night was sooooo awesome! I am telling you, it has been a while since I've actually kicked back and relaxed. I had a lot of fun last night. My friend Marty and I went to the mall. I didn't really have a shopping plan, I just wanted to hang out.

We went to the Discovery Channel Store and Marty was playing with all the gadgets in there.

Then we went to Hot Topic, and really I like that store, but it's awkward for a prep like me to be walking in there.

Then Marty and I went to the Lego Store. That store is really cool. We were looking at all the different Lego pieces and sets. While I was looking at the giant Star Wars Star Destroyer, Marty pulled out two foam swords. We wound up having a sword fight in the store. Marty pulled out a foam shield to protect himself, but I "cut off" his right leg and left arm, so he was hopping on one foot with his arm behind his back...still fighting! LOL :) Then when I thought the fight was over, I turned around and put the sword away, but since I was weaponless, he got me right in the stomach. HEHE :) I wish I took a picture of that...well, maybe next time!!

After our mall trip, we went to Toys "R" Us and lemme say that it's been years since I've been to one. Marty thought I was insane cause he's usually there every week. So we went in and he was showing me around. God, I was sooooooooooooo peppy when I saw all the toys. Marty was showing me where he bought his stuffed golden retriever...it was soooooooooo cute!!!

Then he was playing on a little rocking horse so I took my camera out and took a picture of him. That is a keeper...lemme tell you.

We were playing with almost everything in the store. We must have been there for like more than 2 hours. I was watching Marty play the NHL Hitz game and lemme just say...he's got skill. He made the Devils rape the Ducks 9-0. HAHA :) and he even got my J.S. Giguere out of the game...I love Giguere!

We spent a good half hour in the kids book section alone. Marty was on the floor looking at the Where's Waldo book and then went onto the I Spy! books. Man, he got through all the scenes in the Where's Waldo book in under five minutes. It would take forever for me to get done with one scene. While he was looking at the book, I had my head on his shoulder cause I was getting very sleepy.

Out of all that, I think my Christmas list has more to it than an $84.99 female cut Devils jersey. There were quite a few things I wanted, but they were toys, cause I really like toys.

God, I am soooooooooooooooooo happy!! I wish I hang out like I did last night all the time. :) Marty's a great guy, even though we are just close friends. It's gonna be sad not seeing him for nearly 6 weeks, but hopefully after his knee surgery, I can get up to his house to see him. Alright, this entry is really long, so I'm outta here!!!
